There is also a dance tent opening at 6pm to provide a contrast of styles, with the beatfreekz on the decks, fresh from recent gigs with bez and the shaolin monkeys and an appearance at the beach break festival.
In keeping with our countryside themed event, we will be holding a tug of war competition, the like of which was seen for centuries on village greens up and down the country.
We are inviting teams of 8 to compete for the westbury festival tug of war trophy , an event which we hope will become an annual accompaniment to the westbury festival.
If you fancy winning a keg of cider and keeping you and your mates well fed at the festival, why not enter a team?

Camping on site is free.
The campsite will be open from 8am on the saturday 13th august and will close 8pm on sunday 14th august.
A separate area will be provided for campervans and caravans.
Basic sanitary facilities including showers will be provided on site.
Disabled festival goers should advise one of our stewarding team on entry to the site that they are a disabled customer.
They will then be directed to the disabled drop off point and given a site map detailing disabled facilities.
Carers are entitled to a free ticket to the event.
